About the event

Friends of Saltwater State Park is having an Earth Day Event to celebrate the park.

WSA will be making an appearrance there and if you've never had a chance to experience the reef built by WSA here this is the perfect day for it!

We will be diving at a lower tide so, expect a decent walk to get to the water.

This dive site it is recommended to have your Advanced Open Water Certification to see the whole large rock reef.

If you only have your Open Water Certification this doesn't prevent you from diving but we will pair you up with someone more experienced to guide you down the cobblestone path to the shallow part of the reef.

If you have non-divers in your family this is the perfect time to bring them along as Friends of Saltwater will have Nature Walks, Beach Walks, and even exhibits of animals that have been brought up from the water.  Look for more details at https://www.friendssaltwater.org/event-details/friends-earth-day-celebration

For diver's aim to arrive between 930 and 10am

We will be looking to pslash at about 1030am for the tides.

Please make sure you have your Certification Cards (either digital or hard copy) for us to check.
